The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for the 2026 World Junior Ultimate Championships is led by UP Ultimate Project Association, a non-profit organization founded in Logroño in 2024 to run major international Ultimate events and to promote the sport in La Rioja. UP is committed to growing the Ultimate community through the values of Spirit of the Game, respect, and gender equality.
At the heart of UP is a team of dedicated individuals, who successfully delivered the World Under-24 Championships in 2025 and now bring their expanded experience and energy to WJUC 2026:

Together, this group combines years of international tournament organization with backgrounds in cultural event management, project coordination, and sports promotion. Their work will once again be supported by the Disctintos Logroño Ultimate Team, Logroño Deporte, the City of Logroño, and a strong network of volunteers and staff.
Building on the success of WU24, the LOC enters WJUC 2026 stronger, more experienced, and deeply motivated to create an unforgettable championship for athletes, coaches, families, and fans from all over the world.
